hi. i got hooked in by this in benidorm.. have paid deposit.. but was for doing a bank transfer this incoming week for the rest.. only to be told about the watchdog progam on tuesday 9th by a friend today... so been searching on here since to get some info..... how and if theres any change of getting my deposit back...

Dear Mark,

There is no way that you can get your deposit back,unles you made payment by credit card.If you did,the best thing to do is call your Bank and tell them that you wish to withdraw from the contract because of missrepresentation of the product.
Club Class is nice system but in real World you will never be able to get what you want for your vacation.It is most likely that you will get what you are offered by them and usualy these resorts are operated or partialy owned by the owners of Club Class.
