I am holding on to ERI & UP membership. UP claim that ERI is their sis co and that now we only have to pay UP i/o ERI. Since then, ERI have not come after us for $ but then i realised that we are now holding 2 membership. UP claim that ERI will call me up to terminate the memebership as we have join UP, no news from them til now.

Note: UP have actually move to the office of ERI. So where is ERI?

Dun forget abt the small clauses behind those signed docs are of our disadvantages.
