Hi everybody,
May i know who has signed up for the timeshare termination program? Be it for my foolishness, i did sign up due to the high maintenance fee i have to paid yearly for the timeshare program i have (Call me stupid for not doing enough research before the meeting!) In the termination agreement, there is one clause which stated that it is not a timeshare but rather a service to terminate timeshare. I also notice that they are a lot of video cameras around in the office and they want us to leak out how many banks or credit cards we have. Anyone has wondering why they do that? Has anyone draft out letter for them as well (Why you are not satisfied with the services etc?). I don't have a copy of that draft letter. Do you think it is too my disadvantage? Please advise. I am wondering whether we can call COMMERCIAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT (CAD) for investigation about this? If not, do you think it is advisable to go to Small Claims Tribunal. I have went to CASE regarding this matter as well but they say they cannot do anything about it. Hope someone can enlighten me more about it.
