It would be like a non profit organisation to educate people on time sharing crimes. We can meet up to do things like distributing leaflets and advising victims on what to do. For those existing victims out there JUST STOP PAYMENT. In business it is very common for businessmen not to pay for the goods they buy because they will find faults here and there just to pay less. If the suppliers dont want, they can take back the goods. In this case, if they not happy they can take back their membership. But they dont want to. Why? I guess you all know the answer. So what if there is a contract? The contract did not say you cannot find fault with the membership AKA misrepresentation. Even a country club with so much more prestige just cancel memeber's cards if they dont pay. Why cant they? Because they want to milk you dry. Let them make the first move. More often than not they will stop bothering you and bother new victims. The police and CASE cant really help even though they know such things have been going on. Legally they cannot interfere, which is very sad. And I think CAD also find it hard to prosecute them. That's why so many of the victims just continue to pay and pay. Bottomline: STOP PAYMENT. Do not go down to negotiate. Just keep quiet. Dont respond to anything. Let them make the first move. Even if the lawyer letter comes, check the lawyer firm. If they can call people up posing as Starhub (ACCORDING TO SOME VICTIMS) they can pose as anything. Wonder if someone can record that down and make Starhub sue them? PS: Be careful what you post here. Dont give too much details. I believe they are reading this forum too and refining their conning skills through the advice we post here...
