Hello,

THIS IS HORRIBLE!!I've purchased the CVC membership from LGM, and i want to cancel it. How do I go about cancelling the membership when it has already past the 10days 'cooling off'period? Will LGM reject the cancellation if I were to apply for cancellation?

So far, I've only paid the $500 deposit and now currently awaiting for the 1st instalment of $250 to be paid in the beginning of the next month and the instalments will be spread out in 17 months.

I'm wondering whether I can just ignore and not paying the instalments. Will LGM sue if I didn't pay up the instalments? Pls help!!

Thanks.

hi,

the contract only provide for 10 day cooling off period. So if you approach them ,they will most likely not agree to it.
But fortunately you only paid $500. My suggestion (just my personal opinion) go see CASE and see whether they can take up your case for you first. If they are willing to try, then you may be able to cancel but not sure if you will get the $500 back. Your reason should be clear : eg, you felt that it was misrepresenatation during the sales.
In the meantime, dont pay anything more !!
