Hi. How do I join the yahoo group?

I am also a victim. I just came back from LGM office. They tried to make me convert to 5 yrs program (for $7000+) after which there will be no more liability. Seeing that they were not convincing me, they tried to change the tactic, saying that they can offer me another cash back program for $9000+. I was sceptical and walked out of the office.

They are trying the same old trick as the previous time I went there when they tried to get me into more cash back programs. Reading their body language, i am convinced that it is another scam. I noticed that they start getting excited and their hands tremble when you start discussing with them the specifics, as if you are convinced.

I am thinking of seeking advise from CASE, because I bought the CVC by trading in the timeshare from ERI, because LGM claimed that the yearly subscription is not payable if no service is used. However, it was after buying that I realised that it was stated otherwise in the contract.

I believe there is such a thing as misinterpretation, but got to get advise from CASE. What do you all think? Would CASE be able to help?
