My husband and i are also victim of this LGM-CVC scam. Fork out a total of $14k for this useless thing. Is there a way we could resell it to an agent etc.
Can someone please advise.

Hi, all,

Thanks for this website and all the info above. I was just on my way to LGM to cough up an extra $11,000 to get my fairly worthless IRN-sold RCI timeshare plan replaced by a CVC plan with Cashback in 5 years. I had worked out the financials and on the basis of the cashback in 5 years, it sounded like a sound investment.

LGM has been pestering me for more than 2 months and had in fact been desperate enough to even make a sales call at home. A few minutes before leaving for LGM, I decided to do a check on the internet and the first site I hit was to do with LGM's timeshare scam which led me to this site.

I am contemplating the following course of action (please advise if it's worth it or if I should just give the whole idea a skip) : Take a lawyer with me to the meeting with LGM and get him/her to whet the terms before I sign up (or desist from). This pre-supposes that I know a credible lawyer - which i unfortunately don't.

Appreciate your advise. And if there is any way in which I can help, let me know (either on this site or through my e-mail - shilprags@yahoo.com)

RP
