I have read all the articles on the web but would like to clarify this. Can anyone help?

1) Is LGM a legal company in Singapore?
2) I bought the CVC and 15 days later decided to cancel it but they insisted we have signed the contract. Now I have paid 1/3 of it and have not taken any trips or purchase any timeshares but after reading all these from the web, I have second thoughts to continue the installments. Is there a dept that I can refer this case to in Singapore becasue I'm Malaysian! I just need the name of the dept at least, then I can call to find out...

Thank you!

Sincerely,
Patricia

1) It is a legally registered company in Singapore.
You can go to www.acra.gov.sg and select Online
Directory of Companies/Business
Registration No. is F05553K
Full Name is L.G.M. LIMITED (Singapore Branch)
For S$5.00 ACRA can give you info on its
registered address and the Company Officials'
Names and addresses.

2) Since you have read all the articles on the web (in
this Forum) you would have realised that there are
many individuals who have the same problems as you
have and there is no simple, easy way out for them.
You can call CASE telephone No: 64631811
web site: www.case.org.sg
and decide what to do from there.

I would advise you to make a police report and then go to STB if you are a tourist.

I now know of at least three people who have made a police reports against LGM, when the number increases, we can start putting pressure on the police to investigate and do something.
