Don't deal with Maestro Business Consultants. It's bogus. There's no money back guarantee for any successful transaction.

Maestro is now doin a tie-up with some agents in heritage grand vacation club(HGVC) They will call all tanco members to sell thier timeshare at RM2.00 per points.. a price that will make your jaw drop... but first you will have to pay maestro an upfront fee of SD700.00 to registered.
they guarantee that you will get paid of RM20,000 for 10000 points contract ... 6 months now theres no news about gettin a buyer they cant even be reach...AT ALL!!!
i was told by the mgmt of Tanco there are so many of them got caught into this there wasnt any submission of transfer
by them before...

Don't deal with the company. We paid S$289 for 1 year to resell. NOthing happened. They don't call, they don't do anything. When we called them, they wanted more to advertise on the web. In addition, they wanted us to upgrade and pay more. We didn't.

Ya, don't deal with them. We paid S$387 in 2002 to register with them, refundable on sale. Never heard from them after paying the fees. When I called and emailed them, they said that the offers were all very low, like one, two thousand dollars so they did not inform us. I don't even know whether these were genuine offers.

I went to Singapore to meet the people at Maestro Business Consultants. They are in a Chinatown shophouse. They are a legit business and a staff claim to be in business in the last 10 years. Don't know anything about the transactions but everything else doesn't give me the impression that it is a fly by night operation. Claimed to have 2 transactions with Tanco. Tanco itself is questionable cos they lied to members a lot. So, don't know how to sell my Tanco points. SIGH

My dear friends, there is no such thing as timeshare resell. No one wants to buy a second-hand timeshare here in Singapore. Most people know that the price of timeshare is not fixed. People pay different prices for the same type of membership with the same company. How to quote a price? It is not something like a Country Club membership where there is a market value. Come on fellas! Wake up! If u have bought a timeshare live with it or discard it! Don't try to get someone to help sell it for u! U will end up in a lot of problems and be conned by these people like so many before u. Most of the timeshare resellers are in cahoots with timeshare marketing companies. U may not know where your personal particulars are being circulated. Many people get calls from unknown people marketing different brands of holiday clubs and wonder how these people get their contact numbers. Well u don't have to wonder .......
