Sigh...I get to this site after paying IRN for 2 over years and one more year to go.

Was hopeful to sell off the membership once all paid...seem like I am going not going to see the 10K that will be paid forever.

Did anyone actually see off their membership at all ???

And who the F is RCI ... I seem to have a RCI membership that come along with the IRN ... blur

Any comment appreciated

Cheers
Jack

As far as what i can tell you are stuck with the share. It is better to get legal actions with the rest of the people who are conned. The cost of the legal fee is also lower when there is a group of people as you can spread the costs. Also that your stand will be stronger too if you have a big group.

i think you should stop paying and n thats the best way to cut your losses...
rci is an exchange co part of the hidden costs thing in timeshare. you have to pay extra sub fees of 150 every year... for the illussion that u can exchange your week

i agree with ultraman cosmos.. anyone on this and wished to join up??? unity is strength.. even if not cause of the savings but if the lawyer wins one case then the rest of us might reap it's benefits at one shot as well..

really want to terminate now but worried about the legal part... just stoping the payments and ignoring them is not a good way to stop.. better be safe then sorry, stop it once and for all and quit worrying what "legal" actions they "might" take on you...

The problem is , who is willing to fight for us ? I am sure many here would be willing to step up to join in the fight against these company scams but someone needs to be the first to lead.

Hi Jun,

One of my friend has also bought a timeshare from Universal Privilege. She's also thinking of stopping the instalment. Would like to know if you got any warning/legal letters from them after you've stopped the payment?

Thanks!

Not only suck u dry but also cause u plenty of legal problems which will take away your piece of mind. Moral of the story - Keep away from Timeshare or Holiday Clubs. Holiday the traditional way. See your regular Travel Agent.
