I saw a website : http://www.petitiononline.com/hcspore3/petition.html but I don't think it would do any good if starit times did not write a articles about it. Hiring a lawyer will be expensive and hard to tell whether you going to win or lose. I would suggest if there many of us, certainly we can make at least this company liquidated (it happens before on my husband's company, they are cheating on employee's money and after being sued buy 8-10 of its employee its get liquidated). We may not necessarily get our money back, but it will saved others a lot of heartache and difficult times. So please, help me to write to STI@sph.com.sg, the more your write, I am sure one of these days the articles about them will be up. And slowly more and more people will realise and will not succumb to their greed and impulsiveness by falling for the free gifts and holiday promises. Date Posted: Sun, Apr 17 2005, 0:19:37 I as well am in the middle of a two year dispute with celebration world resort of kissimmee, florida. i am seeking support from other victims of thier scams. i have paid in full for two time shares with this organization also known as B&L Vacations. my issues involve yearly maitanance and real estate tax. They celebration world resort and its collection company c.u.i are harrassing me even although i have paid this bill. it is extremely upsetting and has increased my anxeity ten fold. i have not been able to use my week for the 2nd T.S., even though this is not the account that is in dispute.that is 4 weeks i have lost. i don't get how they get away with it, the most confusing of it all is that these organizations lobby our government to support their efforts in ripping off the public. i am very intrested in joining or starting a lobbying barage in the state of florida to stop these rampant abuses. Please,Please contact me if you are a victim of any type of time share scam especially if you are a victim of Celebration World Resort in Kissimmee Florida. Lets fight these evil people. Date Posted: Fri, Mar 25 2005, 6:53:24 me amd my mother bought a time share in ft lauderdale florida from trendwest in weston, fl..and it was for the third wk and they didnt say it was in january..because that month we can't get away because of the weather we have and we thought it was for the 3rd wk of any month..we are trying to get rid of it and sell it but we are having no luck and my mom has paid about $1000 to have someone sell it but have gotten ripped off by them too and we just dont know what to do..we want to sell it but havent sold it yet and need to get rid of it by the end of this year..
