You know what? I just attended this Oriental Travels' 2 and 3/4 hour session last afternoon and i came out so PISSED OFF! The pushy and fake atmosphere of that room, coupled with loud blaring music while they try hard sell to you their gold preferred membership and what nots are all a
scam. It is indeed a time share a la repackaged scam!!!

It started when I received an "invitation" letter to receive one of the top 6 prizes (and I was so naive to think that I actualy was one of the top 6 winners) which were a plasma TV, toyota corolla, notebook, digital cam, and a watch. Then I called up, they confirmed my attendance for yesterday's session. We were even told we are NOT
to bring my children into the presentation! Upon arrival, we were told we are to sit through the 2 our "presentation" before we can match our number to the prize board. Of course this is a scam! Any customer's "prize" is based on their final decision to purchase their 23K or 25K membership to travel to anywhere.

We were spoken to (asked about al the unimportant things), by this lady called "ehzah" amidst the loud rock music and were explained that the loud music is to prevent the next table from hearing what we say, esp our personal particulars. What crap! What ver it is, at the end of the near 3 hr of sitting there and listening to all that crap,
just in bid to get your $23,000, my hubby and i said no to their offers, suddenly, this ah beng looking guy Robin (who was hard selling to us also) said "I knew that you were not interested in the beginning! Send them Out!!" and in a rage, he walked off, without a "thank you for coming" and muttered the "F" word under his breath!! WHAT AN IDIOT! I stood up and said"that was very rude" That Ehzah lady didn't even say anyhing and walked to open the door for us to leave! I was so glad a met a malay couple who asked me about our experience in the lift. They too had a rude shock because according to her, they were aruptly asked to be sent out of the place when the malay lady said she had checked that there were no muslim restaurants
within 10km in switzerland. SO it was not convenient for them to travel to the swiss.

Whatever it is, don't ever even say yes to attending those presentations by Oriental travels, much less commit your 23k money to them! The experience of the repackaged time
share thingy is a total scam!!

Shouldn't we write to Forum to expose their scam ? I know this is not a new topic to discuss, but by publishing its name in national paper will prevent more people from falling into victim.
