IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. It has come to our attention that some companies have approached our clients to persuade our clients to sell their memberships through them or allegedly to advise them on how to use of their memberships to the fullest or provide services with regard their memberships that our clients had purchased from us.

2. They have claimed that they obtained the clients' particulars from us or from other sources such as "hypermart", "central library" or some other source.

3. Please note that LGM Ltd (singapore Branch) has not and does not have any relationship with any company to assist our clients in reselling their memberships or to render any advice on the use of their memberships or or render any service to our clients in any way. Therefore, if you choose to use or contract with these companies to resell your membership or for any advice or service, you do so at your own risk.

4. LGM Ltd (Singapore Branch) is the only authorised agent for CVC, Calypso Plaza and Hotel Eichenhoff, Concepts Programme (Cashback) and Classic Property in Singapore. As such, we are the only company in Singapore authorised to sell or render any advice on the memberships relating to CVC, Calypso Plaza and Hotel Eichenhoff, Concepts Programme (Cashback) and Classic Property. Please take note that the products mentioned above are not exhaustive.

5. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need any advice or service your membership.

STOLEN INFORMATION

6. Please also note that LGM Ltd (Singapore Branch) treats all the clients' personal information as strictly confidential and has not and does not release any information on our clients to anyone.

7. Therefore anyone who approaches you with your personal information who is not currently from LGM Ltd (Singapore Branch) and claims that he or she has obtained your information from LGM Ltd (Singapore Branch) or from any other source, for example "a Hypermart" or "Central Library", they are telling lies and have either stolen the information or are in possession of stolen information. Please contact our Human Resource Dept to confirm that the person who contacted you is currently employed by LGM Ltd (Singapore Branch) before you continue your contact with him or her. 8. We view the theft of your personal information very seriously and shall be grateful if you could call our hotline @ 67380705 and inform Mr M Katherasan, our general manager, our our solicitors, Ms Moey & Yuen (Attention: Mr Michael Moey @62222430) if you have been approached by anyone who is not currently working with us.

9. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any queries regarding this matter.

Seems like these timeshare companies are possibly "fighting" hard within themselves to get money from a limited pool of victims and that can possibly mean cannot sustain revenue soon.
