Beware LGM CVC cash back program

1) The "JUNIOR sale men/women" or "JUNIOR member customer service" or "JUNIOR Member consultant" will give you 2 options to upgrade
(A) Pay EXTRA SGD 25,000 for whole life membership
(B) Pay EXTRA SGD 16,000 for 30 to 50 years membership
They will say "THAT IS ALL" you need to pay and you can get back your money after 5 or 7 or 10 years. But because you are VVIP customer, they give you 5 year. (The keyword here is JUNIOR)

They say will send or give you the "14 days cash back INVITATION letter" in a year time so that you can send this letter to the "INVESTMENT company" and get back your money after 5 years. (The keyword here is INVITATION and INVESTMENT company)

2) You believe and select option (B) and you paid the money.

3) You ask for the "14 days cash back INVITATION letter"

4) They will ask you go to office and take the INVITATION letter

5) This time, at first, the "SENIOR consultant" or "SENIOR officer" or "SENIOR customer service officer" will ask you to pay EXTRA SGD 9,000 to the whole life membership in order for you to get back your money if you select option (B) in step no 2. Because this time the "SENIOR" will told you they don't have option (B) program, they blame the "JUNIOR" for misrepresentation, because of this, they fire the "JUNIOR", but you still need to pay the SGD 9,000 if you want to get back your money after 5 years.

If you not agree on this, and after 3 or 4 hours negotiation then the "SENIOR" will go and ask the "DIRECTOR"
for "DIRECTION", then the "SENIOR" will say because you are VVIP, so you don't need to pay the EXTRA SGD 9,000, BUT you need to pay EXTRA 20% of the SGD 16,000, that is SGD 3,200 if you want to get back the money after 5 years.

But in step no 1, they never say you need to pay the EXTRA 20%.
And this time, the SENIOR will say, you pay the SGD 25,000 or SGD 16,000 is to get the INVITATION letter, and INVITATION is INVITATION, not "ENROLMENT", for you to "ENROL" for the cash back program, you need to pay the EXTRA 20% of SGD 25,000 or SGD 16,000, and this is "BLACK and WHITE" requirement/rule from the "INVESTMENT" company, but the JUNIOR never show you this "BLACK and WHITE".

6) You report this to CASE and CAD, but the answer is "NO BODY" can help.
