Title: Women of Hong Kong: Gender Roles in Flux
(in Chinese-- Xianggang Nuxing: zhuanbian zhong de xingbie jiaoze)

Dates:
1) Nov 24 to 26: set up in Hui Gallery
2) Nov 27 to Dec 12: open to public
3) Official opening ceremony: Saturday Nov 29, 1:00 pm (right after the
international conference)

New Asia College will:
1) make banners to put on the lamp posts along "mini university mall"--
They will ask us for comments when the draft comes out;
2) provide snacks and drinks for the opening reception (budget $1000);
3) print A4 size flyers as inserts for the university bulletin-- We need
to provide design, and give it to them around October 20;
4) provide technical help with nailing the boards onto the wall.

Details for follow up:
3) Sam to liaise with students to come up with proposal for the
exhibition, and send it to GRS for approval;

4) Sam to liaise with students on collecting materials for the
exhibition, typing and making captions, and setting up on Nov 24-26;
also prepare hand out for visitors if necessary.

5) We'll also need volunteers at the opening ceremony.
