Here's the latest information that I have received from Bryan:

* The OC's voted on whether or not to have a hard copy yearbook or digital version and they voted on the digital version. Because the cost will be substantially lower than that of a hard copy, they will receive pictures or ads for the digital yearbook at no cost. If possible, they would like you to send the pictures or ads via email or saved on a disc. Details will follow as soon as they get all of the information.

* Names for Childcare for the BC Social and Formal need to be turned in ASAP. If you know you will be attending either or both, check with your husband/wife to see if they have turned in names and ages of your children.

* Names for those attending the Formal need to be submitted by tomorrow. The cost per person will be determined after the amount of individuals attending is in. OC's are the only ones that will not have to pay. As soon as they figure out the cost, I will post it (All OC's will have this info also). The amount will have to be paid in full by next Friday (Nov. 7th).

Since we are able to get more communication from them (Thank God) I will post everything as I receive it.
