Historically, invitations have not been sent out to significant others for the Senior Formal.

The Student Council however, thought it would be a nice gesture for family members to receive Formal Invitations to have as mementos. Please do not get upset if you do not receive the invitation until last minute. Again these are just being sent out as mementos. Your OC will have had submitted whether or not you will be attending and will also have all of the information for the Formal.
