Attire: Pageant Dress and Outfit Of Choice (custom made or off the rack)
Age Divisions: 0-11m, 12-23m, 2yrs, 3yrs, 4-5yrs,6-8yrs,9-11yrs,12-15yrs, 16-18yrs, & 19 and up.
Awards:
Grand Supreme: The winner with the highest score of the day will get a Large crown, custom sash, $500 Cash with 25 contestants $250 Cash if 20 or more With less then 20then we will give $100 Cash
Mini Supreme(0-4& 5 & Up) The second highest score of the day will get a large crown, custom sash, and a cash award
Daisy Dolls(0-4& 5 & Up) The third highest score of the day will get a daisy crown, custom sash , and a cash award
Queens : one in each age division will receive nice crown, sash,
Runners-Up : there will be four runners-up in each category these winners will get a sash, trophy and a tiara
Optionals in each category will receive a sash
Overalls will receive a large crown, &sash
Outfit of choice winners will receive a crown in each age division
Rules
We must have 25 contestents to award these awards. We will still award cash but it will be reduced according to number of contestants.
Age Division will not be combined.
Please be on time for pageant so that we can start on time.
Must enter outfit of choice to be eligible for supreme titles.
Most important all children are special and everyone will leave with a crown or tiara.
Entry Form
Beauty & Optionals $40
Overalls will include Most beautiful, Best Attire, $25
Most Photogenic, Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Smile
Optional Outfit of Choice $20
Total For pageant $100
In order to be eligible for Supreme titles you must enter the outfit of choice. The two scores will be used to determine supreme titles.
Winners of door overalls will receive a crown and trophy

Deposit is due by March 19, 2004 Sibling Discount. First child enters for amount shown and second child enters for ½ off.
Daisy Dolls Pageants, or anyone associated with the pageant, & place were pageant is being held is not responsible for any accidents,injury,illness,or lost or stolen items occurring before or after pageant. Judges decisions are final. No bad sportsmanship is not tolerated and you will be asked to leave and forfeit any prizes or titles. Everyone will receive something.
