Attire: pageant wear & out-fit of your choice (can be custom or off the rack)
Awards
Queens & kings: each age division winners will receive a beautiful crown, sash, large trophy, & fees off of our next pageant
Runners up: each age division runners up will receive a large trophy & sash
Division optionals: will receive a nice trophy. Most beautiful, best model, best dressed, best personality, prettiest eyes, & most photogenic
Overalls: will be divided into age groups of 0-4 & 5-up
Winners will receive a nice plaque, sash, & gift
1- grand supreme: winner will receive a beautiful large crown, custom sash, large trophy, free entry to our next pageant, & a nice 10 or 14 kt piece of jewelry (photogenic score or outfit of choice score will be added to beauty to determine supreme winners lowest score will be dropped.)
2- mini Supremes: 0-4 & 5-up, winners will receive a large beautiful crown, custom sash, large trophy, fees off next pageant, & a nice gift
Notes & information
Anyone ages to 25 married or have children can enter pageant
No personal checks will be accepted after the deadline or at the door, must have cash or money order. Only checks from a business that is sponsoring contestant will be accepted on day of the pageant.
Anyone showing poor sportsmanship will be asked to leave the premises without any awards or refund. You are to treat each person as you would like to be treated. Pageants are for self-esteem, fun, & making friends.
All judges decisions are final. No one is to approach judges before, during, or after pageant. Any comments the judge may have will be on your score sheets that will be given out after pageant.
Siblings can enter for half off of first child’s total entry fee.
Video cameras & cameras are permitted.
categories can & will be combined if not enough contestants.
We have a grace period of 60 days of date of pageant. This means that a child having a birthday within 60 days will either be in division of current age or can be moved up to next age group if we don’t have enough entries in that division
Prizes can & will be reduced if we do not get enough entries
Registration is from 1:00- 1:45
Pageant will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.
No refunds will be given if you cannot attend pageant, your fees will go towards our next pageant. Only CANCELLED, NOT POST-PONED, fees will be refunded!
If you have a gift certificate from a prior pageant please include it with your deposit or you will not be able to use it. Only 1 certificate can be used per pageant.

We will have peoples choice at the door. There will be either a large envelope or jar with your # on it. The contestant with the most amount of votes will receive a nice crown, & a gift. Votes are $1.00 each & can be collected before & during the pageant.
By signing below I understand & agree to abide by all rules listed above & all rights to file claims against Porcelain Dolls Pageants will be waived. I also agree to be responsible for my child(ren) at all times & understand that Porcelain Dolls pageants or place where pageant is being held will NOT be responsible for lost/stolen items, or accidents that may occur. I also give my permission for my child’s name & picture to be used on Porcelain Dolls Web-site or on future mailings!
