Valentine’s Day Open National
Saturday, February 14, 2004 @ the Business Center in Cookeville, Tennessee
Registration will begin promptly at 8 AM. Pageant will begin at 9 AM.
Age Divisions: Girls 0-11, 12-23, 2-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-21 & Boys 0-23, 2-4, 5&up
(The 5 & up boys was added by popular demand.)

Business Card Ads are $20 each with 6 per page.
Full Page Ads are $100 each
If you sell 1-9 pages of ads, you will receive a DVD Player.
If you sell 10-19 pages of ads, you will receive a DVD Player & a 20-inch Color TV.
If you sell more 20 pages of ads, you will receive a Complete Computer System.
If you sell 30 pages of ads, you will receive a $2500 Savings Bond.

Supreme Grande Supreme will receive a $1000 Savings Bond, Beautiful Crown, Embroidered Sash, Lovely Trophy, and a Heaven & Earth Pageantry Gift Basket.
Grande Supreme will receive a $500 Savings Bond, Beautiful Crown, Embroidered Sash, Lovely Trophy, and a Heaven & Earth Pageantry Gift Basket.
Supremes will receive a $250 Savings Bond, Beautiful Crown, Embroidered Sash, Lovely Trophy, and a Heaven & Earth Pageantry Gift Basket.
Mini Supremes will receive a $100 Savings Bond, Beautiful Crown, Embroidered Sash, Lovely Trophy, and a Heaven & Earth Pageantry Gift Basket.
Photogenic Supreme will receive a $50 Savings Bond, Beautiful Crown, Embroidered Sash, Lovely Trophy, and a Heaven & Earth Pageantry Gift Basket.
Queens/Kings will receive a Beautiful Crown, Embroidered Sash, Lovely Trophy, and a Heaven & Earth Pageantry Gift Basket.
