Israel spends billions on defense against the terrorists and to prepare to defend against her neighbors.
The funds that the Palestinians spend against Israel would help build their country, create industries and jobs, build schools and educate their people to enable them to compete in today's markets.
If both were to channel those funds into constructive endeavors, the Palestinians would soon build a nation that would be an example for the rest of the region and allow the Palestinian people to live decent lives instead of having to live in squalor to keep their ruling clique in power.
