Subject: Companies' Illegal Hiring Practices

Hello ,

I've been doing some research over the past 2 months and I just thought I would share it with you. I'm not going to post any company names but if you want to know the specifics, we can talk in email.

I contacted every phonsesex company I could find on the net to inquire about working for them. Some of the things I was told truly amazed me. I don't know how those so called companies can stay in business when they are operating illegally. My goal is to stop these companies from using and abusing girls that have no choice but to accept their terms because they need to make money.

The contracts I received from these companies are the best proof I could have possibly hoped for. I will be turning these contracts over to the IRS to have these companies investigated for fraudulantly classifying employees as independent contractors. Here is just some of the text taken from various contracts I received. Owners, take a look at these and see if they look famliar to you. : )

* Your screen name must be signed on to aol working chat rooms at least 3 hours per day.
* You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week taking calls, advertising or posting to newsgroups
* All operators must submit their site to 4 search engines per month and submit a list of said search engines to **company name deleted **.
* To remain employed, contractor must log into the company server and add daily excerpts to their character's diary.
* You must sell a minimum of 3 additional items per pay period to remain on **company name deleted** websites.
* You may not work for any other phonesex service without written consent of **company name deleted**
* You may not work for another service and if you do, you will be let go and your check will be held for 6 months.
* You may not work Keen while employed by **company name deleted**
* Managers will call to verify you are available during your posted hours. If you do not answer the phone on three (3) occasions, you will be fired.
* You must maintain a minimum of a 9 minute hold time per pay period.
* After the 90 day probationary period, all operators must submit at least 200 talk minutes per pay period.
* Upon leaving **company name deleted** you must delete the aol screen name used while working for us.
* You must work a minimum of 4 hour shifts during the week and you must work 2-5 hour shifts on weekends.

The IRS will set them straight I am sure. I even spoke to many companies because they needed to hear my voice. That was even better because they were pretty eager to share more info. One lady told me that if anyone calls asking what service we provide, we must tell them we provide "help desk support" so we don't get the merchant account pulled. Another told me that her bank thinks her company does computer consulting. One gentleman owner flat out told me that he's had his merchant account pulled 3 times and it's now under his wife's name as a used book retailer.

Unbelievable, isn't it? Next, I started frequenting 2 owner message boards. You'd be surprised at the amount of name bashing that goes on. Here are just a few posts to give you an idea.

*DO NOT HIRE!!!! *name deleted* from California. I swear she's a crackhead!!
* I wouldn't touch *name deleted*, she has 5 screaming brats.
* Another dumb blonde to add to the list. *name deleted* - - I'd be surpised if she could spell her own name.
* Don't hire *name deleted* I made her do a test call with my husband and she made him go limp!
* I wouldn't trust *name deleted* She just sounds devious.

BE VERY CAREFUL ladies. Don't let these owners force you into signing something that you know is not legal. I know many of you need to work from home but please research. For every low life, cheating, thieving company out there, there is another one that is legitimate. Take your time and investigate. If it's a non dispatch company, call some of the ops and ask questions. Talk to the ops in the aol chatroom for referrals on decent companies. Dont waste your time on companies that lied to get a merchant account. They won't be around long..they will get caught and you will be out of a job.

Best of luck to all of you!!
