Voq_Je_Bang (the B/7 yahoo group) http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Voq_Je_Bang is going very strongly with some excellent fics being written many by new authors.

I'd say at the moment B/7 is more active in terms of new stories and authors.

Agreed. There's still a lot of mileage in both B/7 and J/7 not to mention alternative season eights to be written.
