I totally think you can i am 17 and started at 15 just like you and am already on pointe. i was in the same position you are and now am being offered company positions i really think you should try. audition for ballet 2/3 and see if you make it if not thats ok i didn't just start at the beginning and learn the basics. Practice Practice Practice!
