Subject: Do I Have A Chance at Clara?

Hi, my name is Amanda. I'm 12 years old and I will be turning 13 on July 11. I have been taking dance since I was 3 years old, two times a week, for tap and ballet. It's really amazing how much I have grown as a dancer over the years. I know that I have beautiful arches ( as my dance teacher calls them) and I have the " ideal" body type, but as a dancer I am very unconfidant. Every year, the Dance Center of Elizabethtown puts on the Nutcracker. This Fall I will be getting on point, and I really want to try hard so that I may have a chance at being Clara. Does anybody think that I might have a chance at that? I think that I could be Clara, but that I might also be inexperienced on point, so I might not get the role. Does n-e-1 here have something likely that could happen concerning my chances of becoming Clara? if u do- PLEASE TELL ME- I really want this role!
