I have some examples of excersises. The first one is just basic crunches. Lay on your back with your arms behind your neck and come up hafl way, but only move your upper body. Do as many as you can and the 5 more! Another excersise is just simply running. You can jog around your neighborhood. You could even get a jogging buddy, say one of your friends from dance or school!
