Finally...someone with the same problem as me! My dance teacher told me to do this excercise, and supposedly, it works: Sit on the floor with your feet in parallel and your legs straight in front of you. Put the front part of your foot under a piano, sofa, or anything that will work. Keeping your feet there for a MAXIMUM of 10 minutes, try to straighten your legs and keep them there. Worst case, don't concentrate so much on your feet, but on your technique and just enjoy dance!!
