The problem was your own link (address). You said it was www.geocities.com/raquelpizelli/paperpage.hotmail but it is www.geocities.com/raquelpizelli/paperpage
The first one does not work.

Another problem I see in your page is that you do not talk about yourself. I do not see any problem on choosing another topic, although I had suggested the inclusion of your introductions. But, as you decided to talk about recycling we do expect you include some suggestions of pages which talk about that.
