Brilliant writing of Lindsey. Yes he is charismatic, yes he can be charming, ruthless, but while he does have a conscience he still is mainly out for himself.
Gwen is always a joy to have around and this episode was no exception. Her sweet, helpful description to the police was great, especially when we realised she had hidden the cash as a baby. LOL!
Lindsey and Gwen... That's a good pairing, verbal sparring, mutual suspicion, everything you could ask for :) Shame in a way Angel and Co. did intervene before Gwen had a chance to get to her feet, I get the feeling she would have shown Lindsey what the phrase 'girl-power' can really entail.
Then of course, there was Fred and Wes.

Nice touch that's it was Wes who went with Fred to see new potential flats. After all the ghastly shippiness of the past two seasons (on TV, not here) it's a relief to see them revert to just being friends. Good friends in fact and fun to watch.
So, is that the end of Lindsey?
I can't tell. There was that little comment he made that he already had his eye on someone, hence the not chasing after Gwen. That was a nice, subtle touch. Maybe he really does feel something for Fred after all.
Oh well, who can tell? :)
