COMMONS 3 is the closest to Wawa and the bars, a fabulous location!! The apartment comes with a washer and dryer and FREE internet.

I will take off more than $200 from the rent, so you would only be paying $1000 instead of $1260!! I'll even throw in a free parking permit that will last all summer. You can't beat the location for this price!!

There are also three other rooms available in this apartment if you want to live with friends this summer.
