I have had like 4 people change their minds on me without even coming to look at the room. So I am fed up and am offering the room for only $800 from May 20th - August 25th. That is a horrible deal for me to make because I stand to lose $1000 on the deal, but I am sick of haggling with people only to have them change their minds anyway. So just call me (609-610-7194) if you want the room for $800 for the whole summer. The room has a great view of wawa and the rest of downtown college park, and the roomates are great.
