**I AM WILLING TO LEAVE NEARLY EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED!!!** Dishes, glasses, silverware, sheets (size: full; 2 sets - Ralph Lauren 350 & 450 thread counts!) & comoforter (Nautica - navy blue) -- both of which I will pay to have cleaned professionally!, large TV in the common room, papasan (bowl) chair, shower curtain, bath mats, etc. -- this will save you a fortune!!

Make me an offer for May - August (doesn't have to be a rent figure -- it can be just a flat price) and I'll throw in my Lot 19 (Mowatt Lane Garage) parking permit for FREE!!!
