Desperately needing someone to sublet my apartment over the summer, as I am graduating in May.

It is located in Commons 5, closest to Van Munching and across the street from the parking garage. It is room C in the apartment, you'll share the bathroom with a very clean and quiet apartment-mate. The entire apartment is very very clean, and my room is also very clean, as only I've lived there since it was built.

I also have a mowatt lane parking garage swipe and permit that lasts until mid august (a ~$200) value, that I will throw in for free.

I currently pay 630/month, but I'm only asking for 530/month for only june and july ($100 off); I will give you the rest of May and August for free.
