I am looking for a male sublet this summer in Commons 5, room 5312. I will cover the cost for transferring the lease ($100) and I will pay you $300, so it costs you just $960 for the summer (May to August).

The unit is very clean and well taken care of. The bathroom associated with this room is huge, possibly close to the size of another bedroom. I will include extras including a Lot 1 parking pass, vacuum cleaner and many of the items that I have around my room including decorations and a cork/white board. There is also another room in the unit available so if you have a friend, that is fine too.

Commons 5 is also conveniently located on the permeter of campus, right next to Van Munching Hall, near McKeldin Library and next to the South Campus Dining Hall amoung other places.
