That's right on Knox Road, across from the Knox Towers and 20 feet from all the bars, wawa, and chipotle! I'm just looking for someone to pick up June and August rent. The rent is completely negotiable... I'm graduating this May, and will be leaving a few days afterwards. So you have 3 full months for really cheap. Let me know.
