Hi All from the Newbie!
I have a prayer request and it is bothering me to death.
I have a boss that really bothers you, harrasses us and you can never do anything right in his eyes. I am not the only one he shows this too and the employees say that he has no heart at all. He will not even say hi or acknowledge you as he walks down the hall. If you have ever seen the movie, Patch Adams, then you can see what he is like. The hospital administrator is just like him. He will nit-pick you to death and there is no allowance for kids (in our school) to just be kids and do kid things. They have to be little robots. If they don't act as he thinks they should, then he blames US for their actions. This guy is really messed up and I have lived with it for 10 years now and I am at the end. Before I do other things or take other avenues, I ask that you pray for this situation and ask God to get to back-off. Not a very poetic request but an honest one! My next step is going to have to be an attorney so before I go to that drastic measure, please pray for this.
