There is no such thing as an atheist? hmmm....a person cannot disbelieve ANYTHING, in your definition, because it is an ABSOLUTE? So you cannot say then that you don't believe in FAIRIES, SANTA, ELVES, or anything at all. Just where do people with your mentality come from? Here let me quote Webster's defintion of an atheist first: atheist,"one who believes that there is no deity". That means an atheist doesn't BELIEVE in a God, I am an ATHEIST by that definition, deal with it. What part of that don't you understand? Now you say that ALL atheists are AGNOSTICS, huh? Now let me show the Webster's definintion of that word: "a person who holds the view that any ultimate reality (as God) is unknown and prob. unknowable; broadly : one who is not committed to believing in either the existence or the nonexistence of God or a god" ....let me break it down for you to understand. An ATHEIST has made up their mind whether they believe in a God or not and HAS CHOSEN not to, an AGNOSTIC has NOT CHOSEN what to BELIEVE in (they HAVE NOT DECIDED on the matter while atheists HAVE DECIDED). Here let me give you another example to help your education: let's call people that believe in fairies WICCANS(Christians),let's say people that don't believe in fairies are called REALISTICS(Atheists), and those that are undecided would be called FLOATERS (Agnostics)....Agnostics just cannot make up their mind, but the Christians and Atheists have.....the Christians by thinking they have proof of fairies, and the Atheists by knowing there is no proof. P.S. using a quote by Edison does not fit the synario, and quoting that moron from the book, "How To Make An Atheist Backslide" shows you don't know atheism at all. The author made his own quote from atheists,and got it all wrong, instead of the quote saying, "There is no god" it would be correctly said by an atheist as, "I do not believe in god", just as you would say, "I do not believe in Santa", GOT IT YET? try to stay off the brainwashing Christian propaganda books trying to use backwards philosophy against atheists, if you had half a brain you would have figured out the moron's flawed statement the first time, but then again, you still think the bible is flawless (you don't think on your own). I would demand my money back from that pea brain author if I were you. There I just educated you and it didn't cost you a cent.
