I went way over budget for Christmas this year. I used three credit cards to make some purchases for my kids and hubby. I know we will be paying for it all year, but they will really enjoy thier gifts too, so I don't mind paying payments for the next several months.
dh.... got a new big screen TV. with the entertainment unit to match it. $3200.
kimmy got a computer for her room... $1200
jess got new toys and a bike plus a bunch of clothes for school.... about $450
Question... what should i pay off first. If I pay the big amount first, then the other amounts will get neglected.
Maybe i should just pay a little to each card.
dh won't be too happy about the new debts, he works overtime now to pay the bills, but I just had to have this stuff for them to show them how much I really love them.
He doesn't know the exact value of all the things we got, but it's ok, as long as I can keep paying each month we shouldn't have to much problems.
