It is a military term. I wouldn't expect you to understand or to have ever been in service to your country. Perhaps you could go down to the local VFW or 'murrican legion and ask. Go around dinner time because you know all those red neck child killers are drunk by dark.
Now I'm going back to my bunker for a nice evening of playing ordinance charades and the evening meal of MRI's.
