I have downloaded a program that can get a person any amount of neopoints her/she wants. Unfortunately this program does not provide you with rare items but with all the neopoints you can get you can just buy all the rare items you need! All you have to do is email me at skylark8945@yahoo.com with your username and the amount of neopoints you want. No password is needed. When people say they need your password NEVER give it to them! Any neopet downloading system I've ever seen only needs a username. Hope you like being rich!!!
