 When you click here you'll come to the signup page. Make a new account, a new neopet and make sure you activate your account. After you do that email the neostaff by clicking here and ask for 1,000,000 neopoints to be put into your bank, but make sure you tell them your a newbie, and be sure to give them your account name. Dont give them your password. Its not needed. After all that... go to your your bank account (You have to make one of course) and you'll have 1,000,000 neopoints! It worked for me!
