Be honest about it, most of the rooms are empty because people have realise they would be paying top class money for third rate tutors at Hafan now.
If you can not realise that Alan, then you are not as wise and all knowing as you make out to be, you are having the wool pulled over your eyes, or you are in it just for the money, nothing spiritual at all.
You have a place there that could be the best in Britain, swallow your pride, and make the changes needed.
I have noted in these sites, that hardly anyone defends you now, and hardly anybody puts Jean Duncan down now over what happen at Hafan, the bad news for you it that the truth is coming out now.
