What you don't seem to undestand mr. price,Alan let everybody down big time, he got Peter adams to his dirty work, peter in turn shouted the tutors working there, causing them to leave, either by telling them to go(or rather shouting at them to go) or going because of what was happening there.
The place had really good tutors when Jean run it and when Alan first took over,Alan had the base to really do good there, to carry on the work that had been done by Jean and her team, people believe in him, but on the other hand there was Peter, what did he have to do with Hafan, if Alan's claim to Hafa was so legally strong, why bring in Peter to do the dirty work, if Alan had any intention to carry on with the centre as a spiritual place of learning, why let Peter carry on like he did, getting people against people there, chassing away the good tutors.
Who ever those people are you have mention in your post, I am sure they always had the dreams that hafa would just grow spiritually, no matter who was in charge, I say to you and Alan, the rot began the day Jean left, so look within for the faults, not to others who only had the dream.
