Has he been president since they started? 5 or 6 times he's held that position if so. Bylaws must not meen much to him, don't apply to him. Is his tractor running in Div. 2 sometimes? Isn't his deere stroked? No stroker cranks in that class. Don't apply to him. Mr. Heberling should raize funds for ttpa so dues won't increase.
