I think we only hit 7 pulls this year. What is in store for us in 2007 is a big question.

We're waiting to see if MTPA goes from no-cuts to top-cuts in Div. 2. We would like to see that happen, and it may end the controversy as referenced by the YTmag posts.

The TTPA went to full-cuts in the 6000 Farm class. I don't think Andrew had planned on renewing his membership and only pull the 50 at a few TTPA pulls. The new full-cut rule may have discouraged that. It'll take more power out of the 50. It was already an underdog as the existing rules were, but Andrew made every hook count - he did a real good job.

I don't pull that much - I think I sat on the seat twice last year, once at Saline and the other time at the Ag Expo in E. Lansing, and Andrew took care of the rest.

With Andrew's R/C interests, he's looking more in that direction than he is in pulling. We were out at the airfield most of yesterday with both of his planes. It was the first time I've seen him fly and I was real impressed at how skilled he was. While Andrew had one of them in the air, one of the members of that assn. approached me and mentioned how well liked Andrew was within that club. I was real happy to hear that, and as of a couple weeks ago was elected as a trustee. Pretty impressed - he's only been flying since August.

As I said, it's a "wait and see" thing...
