He wasn't happy, either with the raffle ticket scheme or requiring members to display a TTPA decal on their tractors. I asked him what he wanted to do. He said "I want my money back" (dues). I told him to sleep on it & see if you feel the same way later. The contract he signed when he sent in his dues regards the conditions at the time that he signed the paper and sent it in and not the conditions they are trying to enforce after the signing. So what happens when he doesn't sell the raffle tickets or display the TTPA decal? That wasn't in the newsletter. I suggest they give him his money back if he requests it. Anyhow, if each of the members sell their $27 in tickets, who benefits most from the points fund? I doubt it will be the 6000 farm class with only 8 pts. pulls (at this time). Here's 2 suggestions: Let each class fund their own pts. kitty, or get rid of the points fund altogether. I wonder how many will cry foul with that last suggestion...
