TO ALL EMTPA MEMBERS:Jim Nolan says that I have the
BC days tractor pull committee's checking account in my name. He is right, I do
- and every penny is still there. I don't bounce checks out of this account
like he does yours. He also said that I wrote him a nasty letter this summer-
correct again! He had bounced a check on 6/10/03 out of your account in Peck
and I wrote him and told him to stop bouncing checks out of this account and
close it. Tinkle Lover and Barry like to run their mouth about this matter when
they know nothing about it, and neither of you would have known about it if I
hadn't told you. Would You! Mr. Nolan has lied about me and lied to you members
about this situation, and today he will be exposed for his lying and his acts
of fraud. I will show you bank statements showing the account in overdraft and
checks that he has written out of this account. I do not own a computer so this
will be the last time I will write or read anything on this screen. I would
like to thank WOW for your support and Thumb Puller, your comment was
unnessesary. Most of the EMTPA members, Board members and officer are some of
the best people I have ever met. I wish you all luck with EMTPA, you are going
to need it after Mr. Nolan has drug your name through the mud and manure. Is

Mr Burns, Lets see if the members belive you now that
you have posted Mr. Nolan dirty laundry. I think maybe they will have a change
of heart on the matter.After viewing those checks I would begain wondering if
those checks were for personal use.

Well Mr. Burns that is what many of us were asking
for proof. That is what should have been done with you very first post. But as
I stated before you can't blame all the members for one persons foolishness.
Most of the guys as you stated are great people and you couldn't meet a better
group of people just trying to have fun. I would hate to see this club fall
apart because of one members personal habits. That looks to me not to be the
EMTPA needs but personal. So I do think you should be taking the signer of
those checks to court not the club, if he does not clear up the matter!!!

1st off to everyone nameless, be man or women enough
to post your name, or you add no substance to your posts. It is like a 5 year
old standing behind his big brother saying he can beat up the other 5 year old.
Pathetic to say the least. Next for Dave, you know how to get a hold of Jim,
period. You were at Jeff's house a few times, so do not tell me it is
impossible to get a hold of Jim. Plus do not say you have exhausted all means
to get a hold of him. How did posting this issue help you? You know the club
has meetings! You were part of them in the past, and U even signed me up at a
meeting!!!!! If you are savy enough to find this site, you can click on the
Empta site and see when the next meeting is to present your case.

say U do: fine, bring it to the meeting, and I am sure it would not be a
problem. Would that not be the best, most mature, proper thing to do. Well
maybe a phone call a while back would of been better. As far as Jim goes, I do
not have enough space to post all the positive things about him I have
encountered. And everone else who stayed nameless to downgrade him are cowards,
and do not deserve the time to even read their posts.

I don't see the big deal about putting the TRUTH on
the site. Dave provided evidence for everyone to see and you cannot tell me
that that "Nextel" check was anything other than 'personal' bill. Maybe even
two of the others, but I couldn't read them. Anyone who cuts down Dave for
stating the truth is just trying to save face. Hey, here is a bit of advice...
My grandpa always said, "If you don't want people to know you did something, it
is probably wrong and you shouldn't do it!!" So, I don't feel sorry for Jim
that his dirtywork is all over this site. Lastly, there is nothing wrong with
not giving your name on here. The only reason you want to know who wrote
something is so you know who to hate!! It shouldn't matter, all that matters is
that someone has a strong enough opinion on something to post it on here for
everyone else to talk about. What is wrong with that? One last final thought...
women who gossip go nuts not knowing a name, but men should be able to share
facts without giving their name before you will believe them. Thanks for
reading my feels!!

O.k. now there is proof. And I still stand behind my
statement. Dave knows he can take this in front of the board - PERIOD!!!! HE
WAS PART OF IT. If he can figure out this site - scan documents - post links -
he or whoever helped him, (obviously since he does not have a comp) could of
showed him the EMPTA site and seen the next meeting. What is hard to understand
about that? Should people be able to talk without knowing their handles - yes.
But when someone makes an attack on a person yes they should post their name.
ANY OTHER METHOD MAKES YOU A GUTLESS COWARD - PERIOD!!!!!!!!!! ex. Maybe I
should start a thread saying you and Dave are the guys who stole my truck and
smashed it, and all you do is lie and cheat people all anomously. Should you
not know your accuser to be able to defend yourself? So I am steadfast and will
repeat myself, "ANY" man, woman, or child who makes an personnal attack on an
individual and does it anoumously IS A GUTLESS COWARD. Have a good day.

Jim (Mi) Maybe you don't know all the facts about who
has gotten it stuck to them by Mr. Nolan and maybe the people that don't leave
thier names on the post are business people that do business in the thumb area
of the statethat have won a judgment against Mr. Nolan. So let not be so quick
to past judgement on people for Not putting their name down.

If everyone's so interested in this BIG TAIL that's
being distored here,show up at the EMTPA's meeting and hear the facts.Look at
the "statement" and figure out how much is fees.I'll put money on it that Dave
won't be at the meeting.Dave was told only he could close the account,(at any
time he wanted),Why did Dave's last check he wrote from that account, was to
himself for $500.00? It had something to do with buying a $40.00 chain for
someone.I was always told by my grandfather,"If you have a problem with someone
confront them face to face,that's what makes you a real man".For the people
that don't have the grapes to post your name,and throw manure.You're nothing
except a manure spreader.

Dan & Charles, Fellows don't waste your fingers
typing to Cowards. Especially ones who have been upgraded to hypoticritical,
gutless, cowards. Not everyone was brought up with morals. Notice the not jump
to conclusions about others, but yet 1 side of this story about Jim Nolan comes
out, and all the no-name cowards are jumping on the band wagon. This issue
stinks so bad. Obviously motivated from someone besides Dave pushing it. How
easy it would of been to post on the Empta board - since that is the club the
account is registered to. Or go to the meeting to bring it up in front of the
board and submit a bill same as other clubs and have it paid in proper accord
to the club rules which Dave was part of.

PENLEY - DAN PENLEY! What's the matter with you
Penley? This isn't about money.Do you really think Jim Nolan doesn't have
$21.00 to pay EarthLink. WAKE UP PENLEY! Jim Nolan did not bounce those checks
because he is out of money. He did it to try and put the wood to me. This is a
game to him, and he is playing you for a chump. He intentionaly bounced those
checks on purpose because he thinks with my SS# on the account I will be liable
for at least some of that debt. He paid a few of his bills, let the account go
in overdraft, racked up some fines and fees and he plans on setting back and
laughing at me, when I have to pay some of it. It is a big game to him and the
game is called "Stick it to D.R. Burns" He doesn't care who, or what, he hurts
as he goes down the path of playing his game. Look at what he has done to
EMTPA'S credit. He has destroyed it! This account is still an EMTPA account
whether anyone likes it or not. He has kept the account in overdraft for
seventy two days so far this time. He has completely destroyed EMTPA'S credit
with ALL Banks. How do you justify this Penley? You are making yourself look
like the eastend of a west bound donkey. Jim Nolan knew that if I sent anyone
copies of the statements it would not prove who wrote the checks, him or me. He
did not think the bank would give me those checks. Then Penley and a couple
others demanded to see proof, so I put the checks up on the screen and ruined
his little plan. He is willing to damage EMTPA the way he did just to get a
little personal satisfaction sticking it to me. He's not going to! It may have
been easy to fool Dan Penley, but I am on to your little stunt Mr. Nolan, and
Penley if you are willing to pay Jim Nolans house payment, then put your money
where you big mouth is, and pay the bill at the bank! If this bill is not paid
by Monday, 11-03-03, I will take this to the prosecutor and then the
newspapers, and Penley - watch what you say about me Penley - be very careful.
You are dangerously close to a whole lot of trouble.D.R.Burns
