You said you built it for hot farm. And you may have cammed it for lots of rpm's. But you don't mention anything about duration. Maybe it's high lift, but not alot of duration. May be more of a torquer than a high rpm runner. At what rpm did you dyno it? There's alot of things that can be wrong, but work them out one at a time. A stock 806 dyno'd better than 90 (I think...) at the Nebraska Tractor Tests. You can post it also on YTmag's Pulling Forum.
