You might be onto something with that charter member point. But the bylaws may have been written on rolled up 1 ply paper.

They erased their junk to conceal their illegitimate and disgusting behavior. They would better serve the pulling public in an 8x8 cell. If they were the only pulling club in town, I would leave my tractors in the barn and play golf.

Keep your chins up Jerry, Andrew and company. There's a bunch of us that know you guys don't deserve this.
