Why are you here, young grasshopper?

I have little interest in engaging in an irresolvable debate between two ideological solitudes.

My participation on the list has always been to discuss strategies, tactics and projections. In that vein, young grasshopper, I have tried to teach you some things about practical politics. You have been interested only in shouting at me and baying at the moon.

You are a convinced and committed advocate of more or less untrammelled capitalism. I am an equally convinced and equally committed advocate of social democracy and a mixed economy. We could shout at each other for the next millennium and neither would persuade the other, so there is little point.

In the meantime, if you prefer to believe that what defeated your party in this election was the "nasty" campaign of the "nasty" New Democrats, then fill you boots. The longer it takes the SaskParty to look inwards, the better my party's chances in the next election.
